Custom-Made Product Policy

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Orders

All Jodhpuri suits are crafted to individual specifications provided by the customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products:

  1. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted once production begins.

  2. Deposits (minimum 30% of order value) are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  3. Final approval of measurements and design details rests with the customer. Discrepancies arising from inaccurate customer-provided measurements void return eligibility.

Production Timelines

  1. Estimated completion dates are provided post-payment confirmation but may vary due to material availability or customization complexity.

  2. Delays caused by customer inaction (e.g., unresponsive communication for >7 days) extend delivery timelines proportionally.

Payment and Verification

Payment Gateway Compliance

To comply with Indian payment regulations under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007:

  1. KYC Documentation: Customers must submit valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, or passport) and address proof upon request.

  2. Transaction Holds: Orders remain pending until payment verification completes. We reserve the right to cancel unverified transactions after 72 hours.

  3. Accepted Methods: Credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Third-party wallets (Paytm, PhonePe) are subject to additional verification.

Fraud Prevention

  1. Chargeback disputes require customers to provide order documentation within 14 days. Unsubstantiated claims may lead to legal action under Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007.

  2. Refunds (where applicable) are processed solely to the original payment method.

Brand Protection and Intellectual Property

  1. Unauthorized Use: The "Jodhpurisuits" name, logo, product images, or designs may not be reproduced, resold, or modified without written consent.

Enforcement Rights

Shipping and Liability
